Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rune Nodes network infrastructure and related services provided by us ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service:

The Rune Nodes Service consists of network infrastructure components that support the Runes Protocol ecosystem on the Bitcoin blockchain. These components include transaction validation, block propagation, data storage, and network governance mechanisms.

2. Acceptable Use:

You agree to use the Rune Nodes Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. You further agree not to:

• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations.

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or spamming.

• Interfere with the operation or integrity of the Rune Nodes network infrastructure or the Runes Protocol ecosystem.

• Misuse or abuse the Service for any unauthorized or unintended purposes.

3. User Conduct:

You are solely responsible for your conduct and interactions within the Rune Nodes community. You agree to:

• Treat all community members with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.

• Abide by community guidelines, policies, and standards established by the Rune Nodes team.

• Refrain from engaging in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior that may harm or disrupt the community.

4. Security and Confidentiality:

You agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Rune Nodes account credentials and any sensitive information associated with the Service. You further agree not to disclose or share your account credentials with third parties or unauthorized users.

5. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights in the Rune Nodes Service, including but not limited to software, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to the Rune Nodes team. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any copyrighted materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, the Rune Nodes team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Rune Nodes team, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Rune Nodes team reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and comply with any applicable terms and conditions.

The Rune Nodes team may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
